Founder of Prime Stretch

Michelle

I love solving the puzzle of the human body. Every person walks through the door with a different story, different movement patterns, and different goals. That's why I created Prime Stretch.

I wanted the freedom to draw from nearly 20 years of experience across multiple wellness modalities instead of relying on just one approach. Helping people discover how much better they can move - and seeing the look on their face when they realize it - is still my favorite part of what I do.
